TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JA EXECUTIVE CARS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.
All and any business under taken by JA Executive Cars shall be transacted solely on the conditions herein set out. Each condition shall be deemed to be incorporated in and shall be a condition of any agreement between JA Executive Cars and the client. JA Executive Cars acceptance of clients order is conditional on the client agreeing to contract subject to these terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion of all others. By placing a booking with JA Executive Cars for services the client is presumed to have agreed these terms and conditions of sale without modification. The un-enforceability or invalidity of one or more of these terms and conditions or part thereof shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any term and condition or remainder thereof.
All hires start when the car leaves our garage and finish when the car returns to the garage except those hires to or from various airports or those which are the subject of a fixed daily charge or those where the mileage starts when the hirer or client first goes in to the car and terminates when the hirer or client finally leaves the car.
All charges in the amounts specified herein shall be in GBP and in the current tariff published by us are payable in advance except where a hirer has a credit account or a Credit Card approved by JA Executive Cars.
When one or more of our cars is hired for a week or a longer period, whilst every endeavour will be made for the hirer to retain the car and driver during such a period JA Executive Cars reserves the right to substitute any other car or driver according to the exigencies of the service.
Your appointed JA Executive driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his or her judgement of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.
When a hirer or client desires to travel to a particular place, the chauffeur will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by us travel by the route which is, in his or her opinion, the best and most convenient for motoring. Whether the route is the shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted is not actually the shortest.
A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of the chauffeur amounts to an excessive weight will not be carried. JA Executive Cars accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car, unless the loss or damage is a result of negligence by JA Executive Cars.
JA Executive Cars reserves the right to invoice the client with a charge unless a cancellation has been received before allocation of vehicle to the chauffeur and car. Every effort will be made to carry out the booking
Cancellation Price
All Airports/Stations have a complimentary 60 minute waiting period
After 60 minutes the prices will be as followed £35.00 per hour
Residential Pickup’s have a complimentary 30 minutes waiting period
After 30 minutes the prices will be as followed £15.00 for the first half hour then £35.00 per hour
All non pickup’s will be subjected to being billed in full
We require 48 hour notice for any trips to be cancelled
